Oscar has over 25 years of experience in the yachting industry, having overseen sales as VP at Allied Marine Group which was an entity with annual sales exceeding $300M and then transitioned to the leading yacht manufacturer, Ferretti Group S.p.a with annual sales exceeding 1 Billion Euros.

He has held leadership roles at Allied Marine Group, Ferretti Group S.p.for the Americas and Ocean Alexander for the Americas.

Now CEO of Barnes Yachting, part of the Barnes International Group with 150+ offices and €8B in global sales, Oscar continues to lead the industry with innovation and expertise.
